Here’s your opportunity as a church to get involved …
… working directly and relationally among the unreached!
“The generous will prosper; those who refresh others will themselves be refreshed.” Prov 11:25
At CTC everything we do is based on the fact that missions is a two way blessing. Whatever you sow will come back to you in some way or another. We also believe that this blessing is more exciting and rewarding when your help is relational.
Not only that, working in partnership changes the dynamic of your help. When you know the person you’re supporting, it becomes more than just checks in the mail – for both you and them! That’s why we connect you directly to the mission field and make your participation as personal and relational as possible. We provide you with direct feedback including names and faces; reports of activities and results; and opportunities for short-term mission trips.
All of this allows you to see the direct impact of your support and makes it so rewarding …. Your Hands … Your Home … Your Mission
This is an amazing and rewarding investment. And, we’re here to make this all happen for your church.
You don’t have to be a big church with lots of money, staff and connections to participate directly in the great harvest. Regardless of your membership size or budget there are ways you can participate.
If you think this is something the Lord wants you to consider becoming a part of may we suggest you start by putting together a small prayer team of your most dedicated, mission minded members who will each join us as a prayer partner. This will give the team an opportunity to get to know us and the work God has called us to do so you can make the most informed decision as you consider if, and how you might get involved. Prayer is the most important activity if we’re to succeed!
If your church is not in a position to commit time or financial resources but you feel your church is called to actively participate in hands-on mission work among the world’s unreached peoples, your church can still fill the most important role in this work as a church prayer partner. Your church corporately and your members individually can earnestly and routinely pray for us and our valiant brothers and sisters in India – praying for specific needs as we keep you abreast of the victories, struggles and needs.
If and when you are ready to make a commitment beyond prayer, we strongly encourage you to consider becoming a Church Planting Partner. This is an opportunity where you, as a church, can make a major impact participating in developing and implementing church planting strategy with your partner. It also provides opportunities for your church members to engage on an individual level. We have found that doing both creates a deeper dynamic between your church members and your church’s missions efforts. Some can invest their time and talents as members of the ministry team. Others may want to participate as a child sponsors, music school student sponsors or a pastor sponsors. And, you will have opportunities to engage your entire church body in activities such as mission awareness and fund-raisers for special needs your partner church may have.
If you’re not able or ready to make that level of commitment you might consider sponsoring a pastor and his family. Or you can participate financially by supporting one of our ministry components; or contributing to one of our major needs funds for equipment, vehicles, church buildings and special needs (see below). You can participate by financially supporting a ministry component: Completing The Call (CTC), our Indian partner Karnataka Gospel Mission (KGM), or one of KGM’s ministry components.
