CTC is seeking a mature, self-initiating individual who understands the priority that must be given to unreached peoples in world evangelization; who believes the best missionary for the job is the indigenous missionary pastor; and will be passionate about equipping and empowering indigenous pastors.

This critical position entails overseeing the functions that are at the very heart and core of Completing The Call’s work. It offers an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who believes they have a calling to serve the Lord in this area, and who can build this critical ministry component from the ground up.

The person filling this position must be a mature believer with strong leadership and communications skills. The job entails: Recruiting & fund raising:

  • Recruiting sponsors for pastors
  • Preparing powerpoint presentations
  • Preparing and updating brochures and other promotional materials
  • Speaking to groups and churches

Communications:

  • Communicating with sponsors via direct contact, regular newsletters and social media
  • Insuring routine communication between the sponsors and those they sponsor
  • Preparing write-ups and prayer cards for each pastor, his family and his church
  • Making sponsors aware of special needs and projects – training, materials, etc.

Pastor Training:

  • Locating and coordinating with third party ministries, both in the U.S. and India, to provide training for KGM pastors
  • Assisting our Indian counterpart in translation and printing of materials

Other:

  • Preparing policies and procedures

We are seeking an individual who can work on a volunteer basis or raise their own support, and who could devote a minimum of fifteen hours per week initially.

This position reports to the Executive Director and will involve working directly with the our Indian counterpart.

The job has flexible hours and for the majority of the time the work can be fit into his/her own personal schedule.

Persons interested must have their own computer equipment and software for the job.
