Director of Children’s Ministries
CTC is seeking a mature, self-initiating individual with a passion for children and experience working with children in various capacities; strong communications skills; and skilled in social media. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who believes they have a calling to serve the Lord in this area, and who can build this critical ministry component from the ground up. The job entails:
- Recruiting sponsors for children in our two children’s homes
- Developing and implementing social media campaigns
- Preparing and updating brochures and other materials
- Preparing powerpoint presentations
- Speaking to groups and churches.
- Preparing write-ups and prayer cards for each child.
- Preparing newsletters
- Ensuring routine and culturally appropriate communication between sponsor and child
- Preparing policies and procedures
We are seeking an individual who can work on a volunteer basis or raise their own support. The job is initially part time and will be working from home. Persons interested must have their own computer equipment and software for the job.
This position reports to the Executive Director and will work directly with the our children’s home directors in India coordinating activities and reports.
The job has flexible hours and for the majority of the time the Director of Children’s Services can fit the work into his/her own personal schedule.
